I bought this smartwatch about 6 months ago, overall I’m really happy with it; Affordable, lightweight, and durable. But an issue finally came, the watch didn’t count the steps and callories for two days, even If I moves actively. And idea came into my mind to try to factory reset it, and I did it. But thing not went smoothly, the watch stopped to continue the process like someone share the video on youtube below:
After two days of trying, I finally figured it out how to complete the “Factory Reset” process:
- Remove / Unpair the connection from Bluetooth
- Unpair from Mi Fit app
- Try to reconnecting again
- The process will continue and the device will get the latest firmware update as well.
And finally the steps and calories counter are back.
