Since the PHP 5.6 will not get any support and update, it is strongly recomended to update to PHP 7.2.

Sometimes when you use many plugins you don’t realize which plugin that breaking posts or pages on WordPress admin, everything looks awful.
Obviously the stylesheet not properly loaded here. Also if you access load-style.php, nothing appears.
To quick solve the issue you can simply paste a line of code:
define( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );
within your wp-config.php.
Please note that this is just a quick fix, you still have to trace the issue. A clue, usually the plugin related to post/page custom column could be the culprit, start from isolating related plugins.
